“Hand-cyclist Ramesh Ferris received a warm welcome in Owen Sound this morning.

Ferris is cycling across Canada in the “Cycle to Walk” campaign to eradicate polio from the planet.

About 25 people turned out to greet Ferris on the front steps of City Hall.“
