Day 163 - Sydney, Nova Scotia - Non-Cycling

imageToday went something like this: breakfast – sleep – emails – sleep – lunch – sleep – emails – dinner – pack – sleep!

I was tired and truly enjoyed a day to do nothing. Doug and Chris took up Dr. Harry Pollett on his offer to go sailing. Kip and Bertha spent the day sipping tea, eating ginger snaps and catching up on some rest! The team has enjoyed the use of Dr. Harry Pollett’s home over the last couple of days while we’ve been in the Sydney area (East Bay, to be exact).

We all feel rested and ready to share the message of Cycle to Walk in one final province –  Newfoundland and Labrador (Can you believe it)! Thank you to the people of Nova Scotia for opening up your hearts to the message of Cycle to Walk. Please now work hard to keep the message alive. We need to continue to work together for a polio free world.
