Day 4-Hope, BC- 59.4kms

by Ramesh Ferris, posted in Road Updates - Tue, April 15, 2008

I’ve got to say – today was a challenge.  It was raining for most of the day; when it wasn’t raining, I was picking up all the spray from my tires and the logging trucks passing by.

The team kept me safe, happy and dry, and by the end of it all we’d gone 59kms for the day.  During the cycling we participated in an interview with 98.3 STAR FM and a photo-op with the Agassiz-Harrison Observer.

I’m so happy to see all the media coverage we have been receiving. Thanks Chris for all your hard work assisting the campaign and engaging media outlets.

According to the plan, we are 2 days ahead of schedule.  We’ll definitely need these extra days, as the Rocky Mountains are fast approaching!
