Polio survivor cycles so others can walk

The Packet and Times spoke with Ramesh as he cycled through Couchiching Beach Park in Orillia, Ontario.

“People in this country who have not received the polio vaccine as putting our country at risk for future outbreaks,” Ferris said. “As long as there’s a single case of polio in this world, no country is polio-free.”
